Yati Ayam Percik

Ayam percik a popular Malay dish is actually chicken marinated with spicy coconut gravy and cooked traditionally over a charcoal fire. I first had this dish at a pasar malam (night market) and also in yati Ayam Percik at Jalan Pekeliling Kota Bharu, Malaysia, the smell and taste was just superb. I have adapted this recipe from jam at KB to suit the availability of ingredients available here.

Located at 847, Jalan Long Yunus, 15200 Kota Bharu, Kelantan Malaysia.Serve you the best ayam percik in Kelantan.
